Segmented Mast Series

The working mode of segmented mast is different from that of telescopic mast. The diameter of each section of segmented mast is the same, and adjacent sections can be connected. Among them, safety cables are necessary. The mast has a series of specially developed winch control systems, allowing large masts to be built on site by only a few people.

The segmented mast has the advantage of being designed to be completely single person portable and can be carried wherever needed, such as in most off-road or armored vehicles. Additionally, due to its compact size, it can be transported by helicopter, airplane, or ship.

Segmented masts can be set to any desired height (20 meters 72 type, 30 meters 73 type and 80 series, and up to 50 meters 90 series). Each part is lifted by a gear crane with a leg guide box, and larger head loads can be suspended using the crane.

80 series

The 80 series segmented mast system can lift a greater lift/load than the 73 type, with height options ranging from 8 meters to 30 meters and a head weight of up to 150 kilograms. It is based on the proven 73 model, using three legs to install gears and a 5 "diameter pipe section.

90 series

This 6-inch diameter mast can lift loads of 300 kilograms to 10 meters and 100 kilograms to 40 meters, with extremely high stability and safety.

Use a four legged installation device and a 90 degree central control system. The special version of the 90 series can be extended to a height of 50 meters.

72 series

The Type 72 is the smallest cross-section mast, with a lift height of 55 kilograms and a height of 8 meters, and can rotate completely.

The universal 3-inch mast section is made of seamless drawn aircraft grade 10 swg (3.25mm) aluminum tube.

73 series

Since the 1970s, the Type 73 mast has served military forces around the world and set the standard for modular mast systems up to 30 meters high, lifting head loads up to 90 kilograms at 8 meters.

Lifting and cross pin ensure complete peace of mind for operators.

The tension of the rope is controlled by the rope controller, so that the mast is always vertical and the rope is in a state of tension.
